Honesty. If you are honest with your customers you will find they will come back to you for future work, burning a customer just to increase a bonus is the same as stealing, you should only recommend things that (need) to be done at the time of repair, not what you want to sell them. people come to you for your profession not to be upsold, if you are not honest with customers or presenting them with a huge bill you will find they will not come back for future work so you will need to burn them and treat the next customer as a once off and burn them too. Stand by your trade and your duty of care, you are not a salesperson!
